"Provided boarding for my 11 year old male Labrador retriever, a retired service animal, for a week over the July 4th holiday weekend and into the following week. I checked Angie's List and found Man's Best Friend Kennel. I liked what I read and also liked the fact that the kennel was not far from where we live. Tom was very professional over the phone and offered to give us a tour of the kennels. since we didn't have much time before we left for our vacation, I declined. We took Traverse, our lab, to the kennel on Saturday July 5. Tom was just as professional in person as he was on the phone and again offered to give us a tour. We could certainly tell the facility was well maintained. When we handed Traverse over to one of the kennel staff, he went with her, tail wagging in the air as if he knew this was going to be a good place to stay for a week. When I got back and picked up Traverse, he was the happiest I believe I have ever seen him after being boarded anywhere. He was very excited to see us, but I could certainly tell he had been well taken care of during his week long stay. Tom told us that Trav had spent the week with another dog, a female yellow lab at about the same age. Tom and his staff did an awesome job of taking care of the dog who had been my eyes for most of his adult life and I was extremely happy. Trav also received a bath and he smelled and looked great. I highly recommend Man's Best Friend Kennel to anyone who needs to board their dog. Tom and his staff are definitely animal lovers and it shows in how they run their business and take care of their dogs."

"We take our dog to Man's Best FriendKennel 3 or 4 days a week while we are at work.  We have a dog aggressive dog, and there aren't a lot of places that will accommodate her. Man's Best Friend has been really good about taking care of her and allowing her to go there. They make sure that she is separated from the other dogs and still gets a lot of attention and playtime."
